We want you to love what you receive from Eloe Atelier. While refunds are not available, we’re happy to offer easy exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please follow below conditions.

• Exchange is accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and labels attached, in its original packaging, and free from perfume smell, stains, or any damage.

• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange. Damaged item, Wrong item, manufacturing defect, Then, Customer must report within 24 hours of delivery, Provide photo or video proof.

• Customer liable to pay return shipping cost unless item is damaged or wrong.

• Fabric colors may vary slightly due to lighting and photography. Do not guarantee on Fabric quality.

• Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of similar value may be offered.
