At Eloe Atelier, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

While we do not offer refunds, we provide easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery in case of size issues or product concerns.

To ensure transparency and a smooth exchange process, customers must record an opening video of the package at the time of delivery. This video will be required when requesting an exchange.

For an exchange to be approved:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Once the exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
